This individual will play a key role in ensuring daily operations within the department are effective and clean. For this role, the individual needs to have a proactive mindset, with a keen eye to pay attention to detail. This individual is motivated to learn and increase their overall sales experience. They work well in fast-paced high-pressure situations and are efficient in reporting to the Executive Vice President of Sales.

Responsibilities Include:

• Maintaining and updating sales and customer records
• Working with vendors on any sales transactions
• Maintaining calendar invites
• Reviewing quote efficiency
• Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested

Required Skills/Experience:

• Basic sales knowledge is preferred
• Excellent organizational skills
• Approachable and team-focused
• Ability to communicate effectively to clients and sales team
• Ability to be molded into a dedicated Cyber Security Sales Professional
• Experience with MS Office
